"Titan's Favor" not Activating

Heya, first time submitting a thread. If anything is wrong or missing feel free to let me know.

Turns out I didn't read Gemshine grants Titan's Favor. I don't know if I am able to remove this thread, but all is working as intended.

Current issue is with my Summoner which I was leveling through the Scholar class. When I went to try out the Lv86 Trait "Elemental Mastery" I found that Summon Titan was not granting any buffs. Hovering over the ability showed no mention of the Additional Effect when compared to Summon Ifrit/Garuda.

Also reading the spell "Mountain Buster" (which the buff would allow casting) seems to have disproportionally low damage compared to the spells for Ifrit and Garuda (Crimson Cyclone/Strike and Slipstream respectively) despite having the same Area of Effect. In case I am looking at something different, Mountain Buster deals Earth damage with a potency of 150 to the first enemy and 70% less potency for all remaining enemies. Whereas Crimson Cyclone and Slipstream deal 430 Potency to the first enemy and 65% less for all remaining enemies.
