Which Grand Company’s

Hi y’all,
I’m final got my controller setup perfect and I’m final level and doing msq on my goth buff female roe lancer. But now I’m having a bit a trouble. I’m having to pick a grand company. I’m torn between maelstrom and Grandia sorry for miss spelling but I genuinely don’t know what to do. I do like the maelstrom but I love Grandia looks and feel. I love the story on how people slowly building trust in you plus the armor, glamour, and weapons reminds me of blood borne and dark souls. I will admit I used to be a die hard blizzard fan but after shadowlands Im through with that company. I don’t hate anyone who plays those games be happy with what you enjoy but I’m genuinely happier playing this game and destiny 2. But back on topic I put a lot of detail on my Roe to make her feel awesome and some people suggest not to go twin adder. Is it ok if I go twin adder and still be a buff goth roe dragoon?

Pick whichever. You can literally change it by paying a gil fee to the one you want to transfer to. I've personally swapped to all 3 at least once to try to clean up some achievements.

Go with whichever you like, as it's simply appearence that differs between them - gameplay wise each is identical. Also once you reach 2nd Lieutenant rank you can actually switch to another GC (your rank in the new one starts at Private 2nd Class again though) so you're not locked to the same one forever. So, go with whomever you want! :D

If you're going for convenience, the Maelstrom is a good choice for the city it's located in, and bonus if you love the ocean

Flames are best.

Outside of glams, they're all the same but Flames are stationed right next to the Ul'dah aetheryte which is really convenient. Especially when you unlock your squadrons, because in the squadron room there's a glamour dresser, meaning instead of having to go to any inn to manage your plates you can just go to the flames squadron barracks instead.

If you don't want to go with flames though... Maelstrom would also be convenient. A lot of people set their return location to Limsa since the market board is right there.

Look up the glamours they sell to see which you like best. There is literally no difference otherwise.

You can always change later, too, although you can only use the glams of whichever Grand Company you're currently enrolled.
