NGL I have not been through all 172 pages of this at this point. But im honestly amazed. This deserves to be seen.
Ohhhh always a treat seeing fan-designed encounters! I can tell the obscene amount of effort you put into this just by skimming it, I'm excited to read the full thing throughout the day. Great stuff already, OP!
glanced over it, i feel personally the final phase should be an easy victory lap but this is loaded with mechanics back to back to back to back
I bet you this is bigger than any design doc SE has done for an ultimate
I might not read all of this, but props for the effort and passion dude
Personally do not have the heart (desire nor constitution lol) for Ultimate, so I'd probably not have the best ability to give feedback on that type of content, but I enjoyed the thoroughness and phase imagery.
What cruel person would do that? They're great. Would have believed you used an image editing solution rather than freaking windows word lol.Quote:
Please don’t make fun of them too much.
If you were honestly trying to simply animate I'd try looking into keyframes, tween, or motion paths for easy peazy movement. Photopea can create gifs, Calvary for basic shapes, could probably even use Davinci Fusion or powerpoint (which can export to gif, try morph transition for easier animations) lol. Naturally photoshop and after effects work fine but if you were paying for them then you'd already know you had them. Personally don't think it's needed, can read it from the images themselves- and also it would add a lot more space.
Lol @grinkdaboy victory lap, last few pages were like victory death march.
Feeling as I scrolled deeper and appreciated the amount of work involved:

This is really neat and well documented but I think the only real thing that goes against the grain is typically final phases of ultimates are mechanically simplistic compared to previous phases but incredibly punishing, to the point where on content a death means it’s over.
It’s always possible to go against the grain however.
