My answer:

WHM - The Biggest of Big Bads has won. Fallen heroes are everywhere, some unconscious laying flat on their faces, some on a knee, gasping for breath and holding shut wounds across their abdomens or clutching broken arms. The heartiest of them is holding the line barely, both hands and all their strength on their sword as the Big Bad with one arm throws them back. The Big Bad says he's grown tired of this, and as he gathers energy in his sword to end it all, the Hero arrives. First few, but growing, light shafts pierce the overcast sky. The corrupted ground starts to brighten, green grasses straightening to life. The White Mage has arrived, holding his staff aloft with golden rays washing over his allies. The Big Bad, momentarily blinded by the light staggers back, reaching a hand to their eyes in momentary stunned silence as the very heavens erupt, pouring out healing light and like a torrent of rain. Everyone it touches is invigorated, bones straightening, wounds mending, consciousness returns. And one by one, the heroes stand, the most powerful warriors to the front, raising their shields with new energy, the archers and mages cracking necks, rolling freshly healed shoulders, and stretching arms, raise their weapons again. And the White Mage's staff glows once more, the battle rejoined.

SCH - Chaos has overtaken the battlefield. The Free Peoples retreat, reform ranks, hold the line, then are forced to retreat again. Foul magics streak across the battlefield, exploding on contact, sending men-at-arms back as they are peppered with the dark rays of magic. Vile warriors in armor inked with blackest knight slam into the lines, blackend greatswords smashing into tarnished shields. Onto the field steps the SCH. Straightening her glasses, she points, and her Faerie companion, with but a moment to nod, streaks to the battleline. She draws out her book and traces the sacred geometry inked across its voluminous pages, summoning the spells to turn the tide. As the black knights charge the newly pushed back and reformed line, a massive domed barrier forms over the defenders, blocking the dark warriors' path, slowing their footsteps, and sapping power from their swings. The tarnished shields radiate a bit more light, some of the tar fallen away, and the swords rebound. The glinting Faerie streaks from warrior to warrior, whispering mysterious words in the language of the Fey, restoring their vigor with a giggle before flitting onto the next. Their backs stand straighter, their shields held higher. The Scholar yells out an order, and the line advances, barriers of magicked light forming around the lead warrior, and immediately spreading out from that one, left and right, all the way down the line and across every soldier. The black magics come, but the barriers of light rise to meet them, clashing with them, and nullifying them. The Scholar shouts a command, and her Faerie closes her eyes, opening them with a giggle as magic feathers wash across her, then bursting out in radiating light as yet more barriers spread from her across the battleline. The Scholar shouts one more command, as green magicked winds pour from her book and wash out, pouring against the backs of her allies, quickening her steps: Advance!

Those are the two I play, so that's how I see them both working in their "badass" heroic moments.

Don't have to imagine - PLD is the poster Job for EW so it's resolution was how I play the job anyway. ;)

Summoner. Summon Leviathan. Single handedly washes away an entire opposing army since my WoL isn't enough of a Mary Sue already.

SMN meets Asura's Wrath / DBZ. Some sort of other world god enemy coming towards the planet, perhaps after a massive fight against a priest or servant of the boss.

Allies all get respect slapped- other world god going to win, allies are reaching out to the SMN, small amounts of aether trickling towards them, but mostly weak and near dead. SMN throws their book down, pages up, flipping through the book rapidly, weather turns to rain and heavy thunderstorms, the air around SMN erupts the rain unable to reach the SMN as semi-invisible energy waves continuously pulse and oscillate around/from the SMN. Rocks begin to lose gravity near the SMN (like DBZ Sayian stuff), blue fire erupts from both eyes, flexes out both arms outwards hands clawed upwards, lifts from the ground as the invisible energy pulses and grows.

The water was running down the invisible barriers of energy in near waterfalls, lets out a Bahamut like roar with both hands filling with blue fire, and their throat glowing, small wisps of fire escaping their mouth, then they smash to the ground causing the entire rock face to break but erupts upwards (gravity gone wrong) and slows down, upwards, and lightly floats (crater effect near paused with debris around the SMN, rocks floating). SMN smashes the ground with fist causing all the debris to clear out forcefully 360 (shockwave of invisible force), leaving behind a giant summoning circle floating in the air, the summoner standing on it, no ground left nearby, just water beginning to rush into fill the gap of the giant hole ripped out of the surrounding space. One arm goes down to the side and fist clenched, sound of chains, fist full of aetherial chain appears in screen, sound of chains again, summoner seen lifting both chains up, huge resistance and grunting, blue fiery wisps escaping the throat more aggressively, thunder growing, suddenly gives way and as the SMN lifts the chain up higher, a HUGE, I mean HUGE, Bahamut fist is seen erupting from one side of them, then again on the other as it breaks the resistance. Each arm's chains shattered into a mist of aether that reforms to aether that resembles Bahamut's arms.

Pan out to planet scale view with Bahamut arms near the planet, huge bahamut like wings in view as jets of massive amounts of energy are behind thrown off from your center point. Bahamut arms grab the coil spears (used in Dalamud), and chuck them at lightspeed, galaxy views as you follow it, space being visually distorted as if a spear of blackhole was tossed and strikes the god. Nothing. SMN wrenches arms out again, bearing down like someone trying to deadlift a worldrecord from a near fetal squat, 6 wings erupt, 6 arms, the arms spread out and every dalamud spear and fragment in the planet is magically lifted, panning across the view as you see a sea of spears lit with blue energy. They're all tossed, with the blackhole effect (but 6 times magnitude lol, megaflare vibes). Small scratches.

SMN begins to falter, the bahamut arms begin to bleed aether, SMN is bleeding all over the circle, from ears, mouth, eyes, limbs, shaking, screen begins to black out and lurch forward, camera is caught near full blackout, a hand of pure light grabs the blackout effect (like literally the effect itself as its closing down to a point) and opens it up (the literal effect, to bright light).

Louisoix is there, kneels besides you hand on your shoulder, helping you stand, allies are pulling their bodies (like broken bones but still pulling), and try to lean and prop the SMN up despite their own wounds, other god seen barreling closer and closer, a curtain of explosions and destruction following at a galaxy level. Louisoix glows brighter, allies prop you up better (but still beat up), cuts to some major leaders and their population praying at their alters (whatever they may be, different gods, shrines, etc), all looking up, Louisoix and team get SMN to fully stand, Louisoix hand reaches out to nothing, screen cuts to a staff in their hand and them smacking it down onto the summoning circle- entire circle falters and then rebirths even larger and now flowing red. Silhouette of your allies and the glowing energy looks like a pair of wings on the SMN, similar scene to ARR Louisoix looking into the light (now fire) but with you (SMN) in it too, Bahamut gets remixed with Phoenix, the entire planet view shows energy from all parts of the planet flowing to your circle in streams, other god fires a massive beam of energy and the now feathery like wings shield the planet (wings visibly damaged), scenes of allies, player, Louisoix shaking, dissipates, cut to player looking up, fire billowing again (red), cut to planet wings spread out, clawed hands spread out, biggest ahk morn of your life, with smaller ahk morns tracing around it (some in spirals, some arcing out like solar flares). Other god powering through the beam, cuts to the player starting to physically fracture (like holding the infinity stone), allies weaker, but then the main leaders, people, spiritually (but more tangible), hold onto the player and others into giant wings of people hand to back in front of them, chain support, each person grunting from exhaustion, throw in namazu, moogles, kids, all the damn people, the other god continues to barrel down.

Nothing, blood drips from allies, the circle ripples as if made of water, kid even (no one is on easy street), but looking more resolute than less at the stress, finally the twelve, primals, the bird girl..s.., everyone, Ancients / Ascians, Zenos not supporting but reaches out a hand with a smirk and grants energy, and then finally Emet near your other side looking at his people with longing eyes before looking forward next to you, their hand rested on shoulder (may give a bit of an angel and devil by the shoulders vibe lol). Emet then might have some quip like "We will make that thing remember us". Emet snaps as Louisoix staff strikes the circle again, and the beam turns into a full on cone, like 120 degree ahnk morn, on a scale that makes all other scenes look tiny. May show the energy passing through planets fine (just so you're not a mass murder lol), but the other god's skin begins to crack, elongate the scene as it barrels closer, continuing the other god's damage, brighter and brighter, until the brightness cracks like glass (classic FF combat transition like) and there is an entire pocket of reality that is shattered, with the other god visible in those fragment's reflections.

Then because we can, see yourself in those reflections too, and as the shards flutter by, huge and small (huge being planet size shards of reality), you see yourself on top of one of the shards and a representation of the boss too, now here comes the JRPG legacy of 15 part boss fight as you fight across realities broken, atop, within, and on the edge- as one reality is resolved you move onto the next, realities in the background of fights taking place at the same time.
