Debuff text not translating across different languages in P12S

In Anabaseios: The Twelfth Circle (Savage), debuffs linked from a client that is in Japanese also display as Japanese on an English client instead of displaying the translated version properly like other debuffs. This doesn't happen in the normal mode version of the fight in my findings, only Savage. This happened both last week before the most recent hotfix and again this week.

Server Time 3:30am 2023/06/08. Anabaseios: The Twelfth Circle (Savage).

Both debuffs linked in screenshot are coming from a Japanese client, displaying on an English client, while the P12S specific debuff is not displaying in English.
