Known Issue after Patch 6.4 (Jun. 6)

The following issues have been confirmed.

【Current Known Issues】

In Anabaseios: The Twelfth Circle (Savage), when the first Caloric Theory mechanic ends during high server loads, Close Caloric is re-applied which makes the next mechanic difficult to clear.

*We are currently working on verification and release operations to address the issue as soon as possible. We expect to have this issue addressed by the end of Thursday (Japan time) at the latest, but we are searching any means to implement the fix more sooner.
An update will be provided once the fix date has been confirmed.

We would like to report on the current status of the issue in Anabaseios: The Twelfth Circle (Savage), when the first Caloric Theory mechanic ends during high server loads, Close Caloric is re-applied which makes the next mechanic difficult to clear.

The verification and coordination for the release have been completed, and as the fastest method to address the issue, we will be implementing the fixes on each of the instanced areas servers in turn while the service is still running. We will continue implementing the fixes through midnight today (Japan time), and will make an announcement as soon as the fixes are implemented on all servers.
