Crysta....

once again i back to the forum to seek help, it seems even started to play this game is not as easy as i might think, so here's the problem

i want to add crysta to my account to make character, but they need me to make clickandbuy account (only one method of payment listed), but it rejected my card in which every other website accept it, so i buy a ultimate gamer point, but i can't convert it to crysta since there's no "pay by ultimate gamer point" as other website listed, what should i do?

Ps: i live in australia if it helps

additional info that may help. when i tried to add that gives you option how many you want i always go this messages: don't know what i should keep trying and failed

the game is free till further notice. and crysta is not in ever country

Do you have to actually add Crysta to create a character now? When setting up my account I skipped past all the payment screens and was able to proceed fine. I've been playing since CE release and still don't have any payment method set up and no Crysta on my account.
