Disabled player , need some in game Access.settings

my left hand can only press forward
and my right hand can only press mouse Lbutton

I always play games with on-screen-keyboard

it means I use left hand to do forward (w)
and my right hand to press all the skills and turn camera, asd keys
it's really hard to do savage (please try this at home)

I hope SE could make a new "mouse moving" mousepad in settings
just like color blind settings
