Please have an elegant solution for SCH's and SGE's shield interaction

Please fix SCH's and SGE's shields. And please don't put this post to "Not a Bug Report" since this certainly is an issue or a bug that has been long for a while. Why would a weaker SGE shield overwrite a stronger SCH shield?

Steps:
1. Scholar executes "Recitation" and "Adloquium", then "Deployment Tactics", giving the full party a critically buffed shield effect of "Galvanize"
2. Sage executes Eukrasian Prognosis
3. Sage's shields overwrites stronger Galvanize effect of the Scholar's shields on every party member, resulting in a much smaller shield

Again requesting to at least fix or change somehow how SGE's shields interacts with SCH's. Sage's shields simply always overpower's Scholar's even when Sage's shields are much lower value, while even the smallest Sage's shield will block of any attempt of the Scholar's to overwrite it with even the most absurd of shield values. Both of these jobs are so inefficient to play together.

If a Scholar puts out a more potent shield to a single party member or the whole party, Sages should not be able to overwrite them when they use Eukrasian Prognosis and Eukrasian Diagnosis. The same as the other way, when the Sages put out a Eukrasian Diagnosis, Scholar should be able to replace it with Adloquium (current issue here is whenever a single party member has the Eukrasian Diagnosis shield, Adloquium cannot replace that shield regardless if the Galvanize shield effect is stronger, which is really disappointing).
