Hitbox doesn't update when building on Island gets moved

Area and coordinates: any buildable spot on the island
Housing: Island? (Does this even count as housing of some sort?)
Steps:
1. Stand on a Facility or Landmark on a friend's island
2. Friend moves building or reconstructs another landmark
3. Result: You stand in the air or in a wall, depending on the building's structure; the latter requiring usage of any teleport to get out of there (preferably island return)
