Please create a party icon for disconnected players

As it stands, when a player on the team disconnects, it appears as if they are dead and awaiting resurrection. This is quite confusing especially in the heat of the moment where you want to make a call to regroup as you see your team coming back alive, only to realize one player didn't resurrect and is d/c'ed.

Please create a very obvious sign/icon for disconnected players in the party window. Perhaps replacing the job icon in the party list with a disconnect icon.
