Flame Sergeant Hanette dropping his R's

NPC for Camp Drybone Caravans escort quests, not too sure if this is outstanding already but he is dropping his R's now.

Flame Sergeant Hanette: Greetings, I am Sergeant Hanette, overseer of caravan expeditions for the Immortal Flames. How can I be of sevice?

It took me a while to notice the R was missing from the word "Service"

So i was doing another one in Camp Skull Valley and the NPC was also dropping the R from Service as well!
