PS5 Audio Issue

Since maintenance, been experiencing an issue with PS5 audio, specifically with the "System Sounds" Specifically the audio appears to be amplified to the extreme, preforming a very unpleasant noise with the audio changing targets. It also seems to surface whne someone changes jobs, and completes crafting. Every other noise within the game appears to come through correctly and with no issue. This is very frustrating and any advice or solution would be appreciated.

Have tried everything audio related to resolve the issue, but so far has been unsuccessful. Even have completely reset the system settings and still is occuring.

Edit: I'm silly it was one of my TV speakers having issues with some of the game sounds. Nothing to do with the game.
