Profile Not Working with Raid Gear

Hmm, strange one. But I can't get my profile to work in my Mch. I import from adventurer plate. I have saved it, edited, defaulted, retried. I have saved current gear and all sets are saved. And tried improving multiple times..I still have the caution saying boots and neck has a discrepancy, which is strange as it only started happening when I replaced my boots and neck with the new raid gear today. I have tried everything I can think of but my profile will no longer work.
