Installed continues to fail to download any game files. I've tried every tip found online and even uninstalled the whole game and deleted all related folders for a clean reinstall. Same issue.

I've not had this issue in the entire year and a half that I've been an active subscriber. I was just on last Sunday. What happened?
Sorry I have no resolution to this issue, but just wanted to pop in and say I'm having the same issue! I've reinstalled the game twice, changed my DNS, and reset my network settings on my computer. I was playing the game fine until the 6.4 patch.
Update - I just kept retrying and finally it went through!
I've been trying to download since launch day and I've been unsuccessful.
Some guides suggest disabling antivirus, deleting some temp folders, and changing dns, which I have done. They also suggest installing a vpn to change my region to Japan, which I think is a step too far.
I also hesitate to try a full reinstall as I don't know if my settings will persist afterwards.
This seems to be an old and recurring problem. It's dissappointing that the underlying cause hasn't been fixed yet.
If there are any logs I can attach I'd be happy to oblige. Otherwise I don't see myself staying subscribed.
