Mount actions procing Hissatsu: Chiten in PVP

I was on the Red Baron mount in frontline pvp and I was using the ground targeting action “Magitek Cannon” and aimed it on an enemy Samurai. As it exploded I got kicked off my mount and received the “Hoofing it” debuff and and “Kuzushi” debuff even though I wasn’t attacked and didn’t attack the Samurai
Enemy Samurai had Hissatsu: Chiten active when I targeted him with the magitek cannon
