I think its quite obvious to anyone who goes into a housing ward that all of the nicest looking houses are either A; Created with the assistance of third party programs, or B; Created with the assistance of glitches/exploits. Can you even really blame them for it?
Why not just give us the gizmo to allow more control over item placement? If people are going to abuse it and clip furnishings over the borders of their fences why not make it so thats not possible.
