Weird bug when examining character with overlapping tattoo and face paint

Frequency: all the time but only in preview screen
World name: Adamantoise
Character name: Kinara Primerain
Retainer name: none

Class/Level: Reaper 90
Party or solo: solo
In-game time: anytime
Area and coordinates: preview screen only
Housing: none
Steps:
1. Have tattoo and face paint overlap
2. Click on character and examine or try on something
3. move the character around in preview window.
4. More weirdness if you do this with more than one of these type of menu open.

As you can see in the video there is something funky going on with the spot where the tattoo and face paint are overlapping. With two preview screen open, it get even weirder that I believe you can see one of them through the affected spot in the other. Only happening after 6.4 patch. Otherwise it's fine everywhere else
