The Five Rogue Vegetables are the Warriors of Light
I just noticed this while I was claiming my new mounts.
They correspond to the original warriors of light from the ARR artwork almost perfectly.

Mandragora Queen is obviously White Mage - White and a flower on the head
Tomato King is Warrior - Red is a prominent color of the WAR AF Set and he looks so angry :O
Eggplant Knight is Black Mage - Purple is the color to depict black.
Garlic Jester is Paladin - Look at him! So... garlic colored and shiny! While the name would suggest that this would be Bard... but whatever ^^
Onion Prince is Bard - Well he is left over, right? Also uhm... wouldn't the name suggest more that this would be Paladin? But I think he looks more like a Bard :O
