Dragoon Jump and High jump changes?

I don't understand what they mean in the notes. Can someone explain?

Basically you don't count as being in that spot while you jump there. Have fun jumping into damage and not taking it now. Also the camera doesn't follow the jump anymore

Unfortunately you're still animation locked, which I understood the reveal as not being the case. Thankfully it's a very, very small amount of time at least. I suspect it might get removed in the rework as it really serves no purpose locking the player to 1 spot.
