CWLS: Increase Capacity & Update with Extra Features

Do you have plans to increase the capacity of CWLS?
I ask because I have built a community of players (100+) across both EU Data Centers and now I have three CWLS's because two have already capped and the third being half way.
We are all using a Discord server so players from Chaos and Light can communicate since there is no way in game.

Also what about extra features such as being able to see when a player was last logged in so we could determine if it was worth kicking them to free up space.

Because FC's are world locked so only players from that world can join and since the introduction of World Visit System way back when, it would be nice to see something a bit more than just a CWLS, something between or even update what is there.
And now with Data Center Travel System there is more of a need for something like a Cross Data Center Linkshell perhaps, or an ambitious Cross Data Center Free Company. The use case is probably very low but in my case it would cater for 100+ players within my three CWLS, soon to be a fourth.
