Unable to log into charcter. Error code 17

Steps:
1. Load and log in to launcher
2. Select noted character from select screen and hit enter
3. After a few seconds error code #17 prompt pops up and game automatically closes
4. Only happens with mentioned character, all others on various servers no issue
