Steps:
1. Open Friends List
2. Locate character who meets the following criteria:

• FC Member
• Has not logged in since maintenance completed
• Marked with a friend group icon
• Had previous teleportation destination(s) and has NOT removed/blocked you
• Note: There is at least one more qualifier; I have run into at least one character who meets the above criteria on my list, whose Estate Teleportation options are still there.

3. Right click, select "Estate Teleportation"
4. "There are no accessible destinations."

I did reach out to inform several other people once I discovered this feature broken on my own Friends List. The feedback from others, who replicated the bug, is what I used to put together the (incomplete) qualifier list, above.
My FC is small (2-3 active people) and we help tend gardens at all the estates we have access to (FC and private). We do not all have each other as tenants, so we use Friends List Estate Teleportation to complete our garden tending.
