I have done close to 200 runs of The Swallow's Compass to get the healer gloves for glamour. I have received every single piece of gear from the dungeon, except the healer gloves. Please consider adding the same levelling dungeon rules to older dungeons with regards to loot, giving the player one piece of gear that they do not have, for their role on completion. This is currently not a fun system.

I doubt that SE will make that change. The purpose of the bonus drop is to help the player meet the ilvl requirement for the next duty in the MSQ and the 50/60/70/80 parts of the MSQ have gear coffer rewards to accomplish that.
Have you checked the Manusya Gauntlets of Healing to see if the colors will work with your glamour? It's the same model as the Bonewicca Soother's Gauntlets. With Tower of Zot a leveling dungeon, you would get the bonus drop.
