I prefer the lottery over the days of clicking a placard through 48 hours only to lose the house while taking a piss. People who seriously wanted a house would have gone to Dynamis to get one, since even now not all of them have been bought, and even when all of the mediums/larges are claimed guaranteed they will go back on the market in 45 days. No joke the ward my mansion is in lost 2/3 of the houses in the first demolition period.

I don't think adding new Wards would be wise now, that is if they are going to be adding new Housing areas in the near future.
If they add more Wards, we will end up with many neighborhoods with vacant Plots.
