The quest "The house that death built" is not appearing as available to accept, or completed even though I meet all of the required prerequisites for the quest. I have re-logged multiple times (Over the past couple of days) but it does not seem to appear at all, thus locking me out of deep dungeons entirely

4. The quest does not appear to be available to me to pickup, or complete at all

Where are you trying to pick the quest up: South Shroud, Quarrymill or Gridania, Adventurer's Guild?

In case you are only looking for it at Quarrymill - it starts in Gridania.
