DirectX 11 Errors and Blue Screen of Death Memory_Management

Hello,

Relatively recently, I started experiencing issues when playing FFXIV.

Generally speaking, these issues have taken place in two areas 1) Limsa 2) Euphrosyne.

When these errors occur I am giving the following codes:

ffxiv_dx11.exe+5A6A87, 5A6A0F, 5A67F5, 5A7EB2, 5A9D8E, 5A13DD, 94Af9, 18D2FD.

These errors don't always cause a Blue Screen of Death, but when they do the following error is given:

Memory_management: Parameters: 0x0000001a, ffffbf00`ca6dbb98, 81000004`74973867, ffffbf6b`060b3ea8
Caused by Driver and Address: ntoskrnl.exe, ntoskrnl.exe+4293a0.

This is becoming increasingly frustrating. I have ran all the memory diagnostics I could, I've double and triple checked that I am not overclocked on any of my hardware, and every one of my drivers is up to date. I've switched out memory modules...I've even done a complete wipe of my hard drive and fresh install of FFXIV to ensure FFXIV wasn't being interfered with by some random program somewhere. I've even tried DX9 instead, and it does nothing to alleviate the issue.
