Frontlines should be renamed Backlines

It's a fitting name for the game mode paying homage to the melee meta that permeates frontlines.

Hide behind your ranged players, and retreat at the slightest hint of danger. ESPECIALLY if you're a tank. We all know that Ranged/Casters/Healers are best equipped to deal with literally any combat situation in frontlines and they should be the first ones to push. Why else would they be given the lowest DR? They'd be unkillable otherwise. Those overpowered, ranged tanks...

Don't worry ranged and casters, this would also pay homage to you. Especially when you're chasing a monk around, only to get flung off a cliff, and then you respawn and get flung off that same cliff, by that same monk. For the entire match. A top tier play I have to say.

Lets push to give Frontlines a more suitable name to reflect how its actually played by the majority of the community.

Welcome to large scale pvp? Its like this in any mmo pvp game with pvp at that scale.

Then we'll make sure those other MMO's also rename their PvP modes. None of them will escape the great renaming.

I dunno about your datacenter, but every match I see tanks go in all the time and start engagements, drk premades are fairly common too.

I mean sure, if you get miracled what are you supposed to do except try and run back? Or if you notice you're being focussed, war and breaker can last a little while but if you expect them to stay there and be able to take it for several minutes you just don't undertand how this mode works.

Backlines...that's a good one.

*stares at each melee's limit break description and camps by a pillar*

Honestly, at this stage, I find it weird that people still take Frontlines seriously. It's a meme and a 3-sided dice. Just enjoy the ride and the half a level experience. It's broken, it's stupid, and it's more like Player vs Map vs Player than actual Player vs Player.

That one person who gets knocked back by a monk is also on their team though. With 24 players it's bound to happen each side.

This mode is really not to be taken too seriously though, especially some maps. There's the nodes rng, and there's the rng in who gets the most skilled players who can use their bh5 the best.
