From instant crashes to loading screens that never load.
A few days ago there was an issue where some people couldn't log in.
Square enix later fixed that issue but before they did I desperately tried to get it to work and decided to use the restore game data setting on the launcher. Since I couldn't load in I just went to play something else for a while and low and behold when I return to the game its back to normal I can log in but oh no its still doing the reinstall. I thought nothing of it and just waited for it reinstall.
After few days it reinstalled. I opened the game and logged onto my character and when I tried to load in, the game would just shut it self off during the loading screen.
I tried again and again and again and everytime I tried I always met the same fate. (The crash never had an error message.)
I tried to fix the crash issue by updating windows and my drivers. (I also tried a full uninstall and reinstall.)
It did nothing but I found out that the crashes only happen when I'm on direct 11.
I can get past the loading screen and into the game by switching over to direct 9.
But of course a new issue arrives with that.
When I log in the loading screen takes forever and after a while I get in.
But whenever I try to join a duty roulette. The loading screen just gets stuck and it doesn't load no matter how long I wait. I know this was my own fault and I don't know what to do and I don't want my time with this game to be over yet.
There's so much for me to experience. :(
