Unlock the position of the chat log

Hey, i have my chatbox position locked, meaning i can't drag it and move it around. But today it got completely messed up when i briefly went into windowed mode and it has moved away from its initial position.

The thing is that i locked it months and months ago and i forgot how to lock/unlock it in the settings, i keep looking for it but i can't find that option at all, could anyone here help me?

It's not locked.

Hold it by the general tab and drag it where you want it, then resize it using the upper right hand corner.

Dragging the General tab will move the chat window and prompt.

Dragging any other tab will promote that tab to its own window so that you can see two or more tabs at once.

There is an option to lock resizing the window, but it doesn't affect movement:
