The Weeping City of Mhach solo

Hi.
On Youtube, I've seen a Paladins Attempt to solo The Weeping City of Mhach.
He was able to beat the first two Bosses (3 years ago).
The video ends at Ozma. I guess he ran out of time because he didn't die.
Now. Here is my problem.
I've tryed to queu unsynced and the system wont let me do that.
It says it has to be at least 1 Person per group.
Has SE changed the requirements?

No, he just had people queue in with him and then left.





It's always required a min of 1 person per alliance to queue in.

Ozma can't be solo passed the intermission phase. As the adds present are invun unless there are people present on the 3 platforms.

I've missed that since I switched from WoW to FF14 many years ago.
The Mechanics in so many (all?) Raids in FF14 are not solo friendly.
Collecting armor, pets, and weapons would be a good option for bored players between patches
