Clipping glitches!! (Insuffecient Information section update)

My Clipping glitches!! bug is set under need mor information.
Unfortunately I cannot reply to the bug thread. The goal was for me to uninstall and fresh reinstall the game during 24 hours maintenance. As such, being live in the game again I immediately went to work with positive results. It seemed to really be somehow a file.
