Mouseover
Since we're adding features that people used third-party tools for to dissuade their usage, is there any chance we get a more functional form of mouseover that isn't tied to the macro system, considering said system doesn't run on the action queuing system the game has?
I recently tried out controller for a little bit, and I was pleasantly surprised that they get a functional equivalent to mouseover in the form of soft targeting/target circle so that healing is bearable on the control scheme. Considering this, I don't think it would be too much of an advantage for keyboard/mouse players to get their own version of this.
Thoughts?

There should be a keybind that can be held down to make any action a mouseover.
Even nicer would be a character config option that selects whether beneficial actions use <t> or <mo>, with a hold key that temporarily switches to the other mode.
