Extreme Trials

Can't believe that this Game has over 28 Million Players and none does any Extreme Trials .... waiting time forever to find enough Players .... 2 hours later still nothing ... what? Has all Players done all Extreme Trials already?

It sounds like maybe you’re waiting in a queue for an Extreme trial via Duty Finder? The English-speaking player base almost never queues up for Extremes, so you may not ever find a group that way. Organizing groups through Party Finder or your FC/friend groups is how most people approach these.

Even outside of english speaking regions, only the CURRENT ex is ever run via duty finder.

I have no problem finding PFs for extreme trials but I DO have a problem trying to find one that is a fresh prog for Mount Ordeals lol. It's not new anymore and everyone is going for clear runs instead of fresh. Same with p5s. I just came back to the game from a break so i'm a bit behind on all the content

People don't want to run Extremes with randoms like that. Sometimes you have a party of say... 6-7 people that have "got it" and 1-2 that are really struggling. If those 1-2 leave, and you were to exit out from an instance that you queued via duty finder... you'd lose those other 6-7 players. But if you do party finder, you can stay together and maybe find the 1-2 players that can clear it. Generally speaking, DF is used for roulettes, story mode trials/raids, 24-man raids - stuff like that.

The best thing to do if you can't find a PF listing for a learning party is to create the listing yourself. Frequently others are also shy when it comes to starting groups so it takes that one person who's willing to start the ball rolling. Just be honest listing it as a learning party, not a clear party.
