replace smalls with mediums

replace smalls with mediums since theres never enough room in a small for all that furniture laying around in your inventory :(

I respectfully disagree.

In fact I would say Smalls are quite spacious - Mediums are somewhat better but larges have annoying architecture that most designers need to work around. I would actually like to see wards that are ONLY smalls as with some minor tweaks you could probably pull another 20 smalls out and honestly maybe increase the item limit a bit - which came up at pax.

I prefer smalls to mediums. We upgraded our FC house to medium but I hate the stairs design and layout. You either have to cover all walls (uses lots of slots) or not at all in which case you also have to deal with the default windows. I didn't even try to upgrade my personal small as I can make it more cozy. I also prefer the courtyard shaped like an L. Only thing, I would like a few more slots outdoors. 20 including the aetheryte, the mailbox and the dummy is very little. A 2nd floor would be nice too.

Same here… I’ve been desperately trying to get back into a small, for all the reasons you mention. lol But smalls could definitely use the bump in item limits, which they’re talking about trying to do in the next expansion sometime. I also wouldn’t mind an attic being added to smalls… just let everything have three floors. It already looks that way on the outside!

I think some should be, but not all. There needs to be a middle step between a 500K apartment and a 20M medium. Currently its 3 larges, 7 mediums, and 20 smalls. Maybe future zones should have 5 larges, 15 mediums, and 10 smalls.
