Tribal Daily Quest Allowance not resetting daily

I've been getting this issue since yesterday March 15th where the Tribal Quest Allowances do not reset daily. Normally, the daily reset time is at 3:00 PM ST. However, when I log in at 3:30 PM ST, my allowances were still at 0. I made sure to check the NPCs to see if it wasn't just a Visual Bug but I can't activate these quests anymore.

Are you sure you havent got some outstanding tribal quests? It does say in the screenshot "you cant have any active prior to today".

You probably still have an incomplete tribal quest in your journal. The allowances don't refresh while you have an active quest, as it says in one of your screenshots.

Actually yeah I checked my journal and I hadn't realized I had a quest still active which I never knew it could cause that visual. Thanks!
