Why are they getting handouts if they don't put effort into leveling?
Because the beast tribes have, and always will only be a leveling activity.
It was a leveling activity in ARR.
It was a leveling activity in HW.
It was a leveling activity in SB.
It was a leveling activity in ShB.
They are 'endgame' unlocks for the purposes of levelling.
This is the most nonsensical argument I have ever seen. Not everyone has been around for the start of the expansion.
I have been leveling every other combat job while I wait for the crafting beast tribe to come out because leveling by grinding leves and wasting my own mats is pointless since I don't keep crafting at 90 for any sort of competitive sales.
You wanna cry some more that they gave me something I expected and planned for?
Or you'd apparently rather have a crafting beast tribe with NO point other than the currency rewards and faction score?
Its to be another source of exp for crafters so of course crafter tribes will always be 10 levels or so behind from max to achieve this.
Why is this a complaint? My word, just when I think the FFXIV community couldnt nitpick anything else, they have to now nitpick the established standard for crafter tribes since ARR. Such an embarrassing thread topic, although not as embarrassing as the recent lalafell chairs thread lol
