Ward Developer

Hello, I must be the first to post on the development of Wards. Ever since I got a Fc house and the ward was changed to a personnel ward, Every open cottage lot near me needs a owner. I find a person interested in buying and help said person to enter the lottery. So far 3 lots have been taken and we have an eye on a 4th. The Ward has come to life because the person picked actually wants to decorate and live there. There is a big FC in the ward and I have encouraged them to do the same around them and now the whole ward is teaming with beautiful houses. Don't let your ward stay empty..... do as I did and help cottages get owners.
