Enforce ilvl-sync to Alliance Raid Roulettes to put a stop to the Crystal Tower Spam

Really, the people purposely doing this via ilvl-cheese has gotten their way for too many years, and I'm honestly bored to tears because of Crystal Tower.

I think its time they're taught a lesson if enforcing ilvl-sync for alliance raid roulettes will be the way to go and allow other Alliance raids to pop more often.

Yeah, sure.

I know its gonna lose players and alliance raid roulettes will end up having the timer to start a raid go on longer, but holy hell this needs to end.

Also by enforcing ilvl-sync maybe Crystal Tower might actually be FUN AGAIN? AND ALSO by enforcing ilvl across all alliance raids they can't cheese anything else because I read arguments they're just do this to void ark if only CT was fixed, well then, we can't have that now can we?

At this point, they need to just completely revamp Labyrinth and Syrcus. I understand the need for players to do them over other raids because they're tied to the MSQ, but that doesn't mean they should be a face roll. I miss actually seeing mechanics in these dungeons.

If they just decreased the max ilv of the first two CT raids, then they'd actually be fun as you'd have to do mechanics. That's the solution they should go with. It's simple, it's easy, and it doesn't require making the system annoying to use on alt jobs.

They're doing it for trials too and I'm sure even normal dungeons :'D

Yes and yes again. I've pretty much given up on the raid roulette cause I know for both it'll always be CT or Alexander pretty much

There are the lucky times I get Ivalice but still. I remember as a sprout it took me an hour to queue for Ivalice and even more for the Nier raid! Cause everyone keeps getting CT.

Dunno why they don't just put a ilvl sync on the raids. That's basically what they did to Castrum and Praetorium to keep them from being as steamrollable as they used to be upon making them into 4-man dungeons.

Castrum and Prae are still steamrollable.

An ilvl sync would work well for most Alliance Raids, but I do think Labyrinth kind of could use an overhaul.


But I do wonder if they could somehow detect what ilvl you have on items not currently equipped, to stop people from just stripping down.

Just make Crystal Tower into a solo instance as it is MSQ related.

Leave Alliance Raid Roulette to optional unlock raids.
