Way too many items display Insufficient - Increasing on Cycle 2 of Island Sanctuary

Date of issue: 3/8/2023, though have been experiencing it every Wednesday since the day after 6.3 release on 1/11/23

Steps:
1. Talk to the Tactful Taskmaster
2. Click "Review the workshop agenda"
3. Click the Review Supply & Demand button
4. See that there are 29-31 items that have Insufficient supply and Increasing demand shift
5. Observe the next day and see that only 4 or 5 of those are still Insufficient (plus 4 or 5 new ones for things that will be Insufficient the next day)

In 6.2, Insufficient - Increasing meant that the item would be Insufficient again tomorrow, so you could schedule it to be crafted. There were a bunch of items that were Insufficient with None demand shift and they went back to Sufficient the next day, but now they all have a Demand Shift of Increasing meaning they're impossible to tell apart. If you make one of them, they turn back to Sufficient, just like they did in 6.2, but their display is wrong.
