Dzemael Darkhold

What level is best to solo this dungeon on a summoner? I know it is best to do a group, but (1) I am still a bit new to dungeons, and (2) I also have a bed-ridden mom that could call me, so do not want to inconvenience anyone or have people get mad at me for messing up or having to go afk.

It’s a level 44 dungeon if I recall correctly. The closer you are to the original level, the better xp you get.

Thank you for that, but I am trying to find out what level I can solo it because I tried it today on my summoner at 52 and could not do it.

I'm only guessing, but I would say try it again when you're 60 and wearing good gear for that level, such as the Shire poetics gear (ilvl 270, i think) or even the crafted stuff (ilvl 255). Gear makes a huge difference.

Just run it with your Squadron. If they're high enough level, of course.

No. Darkhold is an optional dungeon. Trusts/duty support dont currently cover any optional dungeons. Although Astrahime is correct that some of them(including this one) are on the squadron list. And going back to the OPs question, my guess would be the same as Mosselyn that level 60 should be sufficient.

To unlock squadrons, you need to have completed all of the 2.0 MSQ and gained the rank of Second Lieutenant with your Grand Company. I suspect that the reason you're trying to do the dungeon is to continue to earn your ranks with your GC.

I know that you said you don't want to inconvenience other players because you may need to AFK unexpectedly, but I would be happy to do Dzemael Darkhold (along with Aurum Vale, which would be required next) with you on one of my Marilith characters (Serene Style and Yololo Yolo) so you can continue your progress. Doing it unsynced, we could clear the dungeons quickly so you can get your squadron unlocked for future use. I'll try to connect with you ingame to see if you'd like to do it.
