Max lvl doing MSQ
why isn't the game reading your max lvl and giving you higher gil reward or something else instead of EXp at max lvl. getting exp at max lvl makes no sense..especially with Quest that require said max lvl, I get it if a new max lvl/expac comes then this exp is need but till then if it can read you must be this lvl to do then it can read your this max lvl you get this over exp.

The game doesn't give you xp for lv 90 quests though. At least until the next expansion comes out. The only time the game required you to be max level at least on one job was when it asked you to complete one of the four role quests. Which would make you loose out on said XP back when the newest expansion was Shadowbringers. So unless you're on a trial version of the game you shouldn't be having this happening. Unless you mean max level per expansion. Where if you don't want xp to be "wasted" then you'd have to continue the MSQ on another job.

Well for one thing, the lvl 90 quests don't give exp currently. Postgame quests only give EXP starting when the next expansion comes out and they aren't cap level anymore. And it would be a bit of a niche thing, since if you start a current expansion at the earliest possible level, you should hit max level exactly when you are expected to. You often need to even grind a bit, though they've been trying to balance the leveling experience to avoid that as of late.
Also they probably won't add extra gil-gaining methods to the game since they are currently doing what they can to remove gil from the ecosystem.
