Fanfest region restrictions feedback - No forum for this?

I want to give official feedback regarding the Fanfest Ticket lotto, specifically the region restrictions and how they've basically not made any considerations for OCE players, many of whom have long standing accounts in regions different from where they live or who they play with.

The FFXIV website says to send all feedback to the official forums. There is no clear place in the forums to give this specific feedback. There are no FanFest 2023 categories under the Community Events category made yet, which ideally should have been up when Fanfest 2023 was announced.

I know we are pretty much shafted for this run. Thinking forward to future events, my suggestion would be to allow everyone with a current account to choose One fanfest they wish to register for and be put into that lottery pool regardless of account region. Additional fanfest you would still have to try for the general sales. It's either that or allowing people to finally change their account regions and giving OCE a choice of which region's fanfest they want to go to since OCE is very much a catch all for a large portion of the globe.

Examples: Based on where I live when I joined FFXIV I had to make an EU account, I played on JP, I'm closest to the US travel wise and have friends and family there. I eventually transferred my character to NA but am still on an old EU account and now AU accounts kinda exist but they can't seem to sign up for any lottery(?). Half the point of going to fanfest is to meet friends and catch up with people you know. Players should be allowed to enter the lottery of the Fanfest of their choosing.
