Make ignored Caravans like Behest

I just wanted to see if anyone agreed that making ignored Caravans like Behest, where you get bonus exp. For Caravans it would also give a bonus to seals. Was just thinking this because when I craft I'm usually going to Drybone and Skull Valley to deliver locals and noticed how many times caravans go undone.

this is a good idea to encourage more caravanning, but at the same time it's going to congest them if it's too much. especially the level 20 ones, which only 4 people can go on each run.
