Don't BLU updates usually come towards the end of the patch cycles? Like 6.5 maybe? The last BLU update was 5.45, so I wouldn't say that we're there yet.
We're only getting one BLU level increase this expansion at most assuming they still dont want BLU to hit normal level cap. From what I've heard we got 2 during shadowbringers so in comparison it's going to be less. I hope we get a sizeable blue carnival expansion.
