[LFM] TOP P3 - Hello World onwards [Casual to Mid-Core]

Schedule:
・ 22:00 - 01:00 GMT+8 (15 mins break in-between)
・ MON, WED, FRI, SAT
・ Total 12 hrs a week, no make-up sessions, but can do extra time in a session if everyone agrees
・ Starts as soon as the all the slots are filled
・ Aim to clear within 2.5 months (10 weeks), followed by at least 3 reclears afterwards

D3 - MCH
D4 - BLM

Requirements:
・Cleared current tier of savage within 1.5-2 months
・Cleared an ultimate (preferably UCOB/ TEA/ DSR)
・BIS, food and pots ready
・Stable internet with VPN if needed.
・Learn the mechs before each session, feel free to ask/discuss strats before raid time
・Willing to discuss openly and objectively about mistakes for the improvemnet of the whole team
・Sessions will be recorded for discussions
・3rd party tools and simulators will be considered as tools to aid prog
・Be punctual, give notice beforehand if you’re going to be late
・As there is no make-up sessions, please try to attend all sessions as prepared as possible and ready to get to work as soon as we start

Expectations:
・ Clear within 2.5 months (10 weeks), followed by at least 3 reclears afterwards
・ Know your job well (consistent in mitigations and rotations)
・ Mechanics first, optimize dps as we clean up mechs
・ No greeding will be tolerated
・ Mitigation is a group effort, pay attention to mitigation plans and carry out yours on time as much as possible
・ Join voice chat during raid for callouts, can communicate by voice or typing
・ Be polite and cordial with each other goes a long way
