The two default retainers that come free with the account are both marked as suspended, a message saying I need to pay the sub. Did SE make ALL retainers subscription now?
Already tried talking to retainer vocate and checked mogstation. I have no unpaid subs as the only sub I have is my account.
(before you ask, I am in my home world.)
Did you have additional retainers at one time then delete some?
If so, it could be the ones you deleted were the retainers that were obtained with the base game while the ones you kept were the retainers tied to the additional fee.
Maybe you reordered the retainers - so the two free ones are available but the "extra sub" retainers are at the top of the list but only look like default retainers since they are at the top.
