Connection issues - Twelve99 routing problem - Traceroute inside

So I've been recieving really bad lag/delay in group content making the game pretty much unplayable. I checked with traceroute to my Data Center (Chaos) and this is what I saw:

And it's totally fine, in-game too. So there is some pretty terrible routing problem here.
Please look into this.
