"Display main and off hand gear when sheathed" option changes by itself

I enjoy not displaying my weapon when traveling around so I unchecked "Display main and off hand gear when sheathed" in the character options, but I find that the option will recheck itself every time I change gear set.

Do believe the option is tied to the gear set. Turn it off then reassign the gear set. Same works for showing headgear. Hope this helps!

And by "reassign", you just to save/update it like you would if you changed your gear.

That's not it, no. I unchecked the option out for my Fisher gear set, switched to my Black Mage set, then back to Fisher set and the option had reactivated itself. It just hard defaults to show the weapon anytime I switch sets.

But did you save the fisher set after you turned off the setting? You can't just switch it off and then change classes. The on/off status of the weapon visibility switch is essentially a part of the gearset. You need to save the gearset after changing it, just like you would if you changed the gear you had equipped.
