YoRHa: Dark Apocalypse

Hi, I started playing last year, do I understand correctly that the YoRHa: Dark Apocalypse quest chain is no longer available? Is there another way to get items from this raid?

If you mean the Nier raids they are still in the game. So long as you are level 80 and have done the Sahdowbringers MSQ, you can get and follow the quests starting with "Word about Komra" in Kholusia I think. That will lead you through the story and unlock the Raids.
